Using RootBarrier® HydroGold ensures that plants have the best possible conditions for optimal growth, thanks to the protection against weeds and the water buffer created by this fabric.

This extra strong and long-lasting fabric is made of the best available quality. The fabric allows air, water and nutrients to pass through, allowing the soil and plant roots under the fabric to breathe, while protecting against weeds.

As an additional element, a layer of needle felt has been added to the Dupont® Plantex® Gold fabric. When moistened, this layer creates a water buffer that can hold up to 1 to 2 litres of water per m². Thanks to this needle felt layer, the underlying soil remains moist for an extra long time, providing plants with a water reserve in dry periods. Optimal plant growth is guaranteed with the use of RootBarrier® HydroGold!
